OPVBC is dedicated to providing talented, committed, knowledgeable, caring and passionate coaches for all teams and families. Our coaches have extensive experience developing athletes at all levels and in all aspects of volleyball, from beginner and junior high to collegiate, from setters to liberos, middle hitters to outsides. 

Our coaches have played at a variety of levels, from Division 1 college volleyball to community college and recreational leagues. Our coaches continue to be involved in the sport as players themselves, referees, serving on governing bodies, and other associations, as well as participating in continuing education.   Our Coaches actively strive to grow their knowledge of the game and their coaching skill set. 

Our coaches are passionate about volleyball and it is our hope and desire to grow the game in our community and foster that passion in all our athletes. 

Because OPVBC's coaching staff often also coach at high schools around the county, we may not be able to identify specific coaches for every team prior to try outs.  WIAA rules dictate that school coaches MAY NOT coach their high school athletes, nor any athlete in a their feeder program during club season.  OPVBC consistently works to make sure we are compliant with all WIAA  and USAV rules, and as such, we must wait until tryouts are over to make a determination on team staffing.   

After tryouts, at the time an offer for a spot is made, you will also learn the name of your coach.  This will allow you to make an informed decision before you accept a spot on an OP team.   

Thank you for your patience. While this may be difficult for some of you, we  feel it is crucial to follow the rules set forth by our sports governing bodies, so that we can uphold the tradition of integrity and transparency  at Olympic Premier Volleyball Club.
