Coaching/Development

Our coaching staff is diverse and combine to make a unique and incomparable team in Kitsap County. 

We have current college coaches, ex-college coaches, Division 1 volleyball players, current college players, and high school and middle school coaches on our staff. 

We have coaches that grew up and coached in volleyball meccas like California, Illinois and Florida, as well as coaches that grew up and played in Kitsap County. We even have many coaches that played for OP and have come back to us!

We have coaches that were setters on the All-Army team, All State Outside Hitters and All-NWAC Middle Hitters.

Many of our coaches have education degrees and are teachers, so they know the pedagogy of junior development.

Our staff combines and shares their knowledge and develops all the position at every level of play.  With an average of 18-20 coaches on staff every year, our combined knowledge is a valuable asset to any athlete!

Community

Olympic Premier Volleyball Club has maintained a 501(c)3 non-profit  corporation status since its formation in 2007.

The IRS and Washington State holds these types of organizations to strict state and federal laws ensuring that we are not operating for the benefit of private interest and no part of our earnings may inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual. Any small profit we might make must go back into the organization to help our community in future seasons.

OPVBC offers free outdoor sand and grass training for community juniors in the summer.

OPVBC runs a High School Summer League for Kitsap and Olympic Peninsula schools to help junior development in our area and grow the game even more in our area. 

OPVBC coaches volunteer their time and skill during summer and fall.

Results

OPVBC teams finished the highest in our area in the Puget Sound Power League at each of our age levels in 2016. Our 15s, 16s, and 18s all finished in the Top 20!

College Recruiting

Our staff will help our players who dream to play at the next level in their pursuit of scholarships and programs. 

We can assist with recruiting and game recordings, as well as help guide you during the decision making process. 

We coaches that have coached college and played on scholarship in college, so we are familiar with both sides of the process and want to help!

Experience

Our club was founded in 2007 and has been running an average of 8 teams every season, and our coaches have been playing or instructing for years.
